A pragmatic approach to mid-rise living spaces, Duluth Laval is distinguished by its carefully calibrated masonry and metal work. Brick textures are used to modulate the elevations, frame interior spaces and join with the surrounding buildings. Functional interior units are enhanced by ample natural light and French balconies. The custom made balcony guard-rails are made more personal with a Scottish thistle motif that references back to the client’s roots.
