Location : Laval, Qc. — Area : 50,000 ft² — Year : 2007

The Sail project in Laval represented an ideal opportunity to plan a new administrative centre for the Sail/Baron Group. The site’s dimensions allowed the inclusion of an administrative centre as a component of the greater development that was to encompass an important distribution centre and a new prototype store.

The administrative centre has been configured on two levels, covering an area of 14,000 sq. ft., to accommodate the offices of the different departments—sales, publicity, accounting, personnel—as well as the executive offices. The project also incorporates premises dedicated to the use of suppliers’ representatives, allowing them to make product presentations on a seasonal basis.

The design aesthetics are based on contrasting finishes and colors, insuring luminosity and offering a vibrant environment to both enclosed areas and offices with windows.
